A Boulder Celebration

We celebrated a bit early (due to the craziness around here these days) and went to one of my favorite places for my birthday...Boulder! I love it because there's a little bit of everything in that town. From tiny little vintage stores to American Eagle from mom n pop resturants to my all time fav The Cheesecake Factory. I guess it's the closest thing to "home" (Cali) that I've found so far. It's a place where you can sit and be completely entertained by the mixed variety of people and the crazy things they do! In the few short hours we were there we "observed" the hippy era, bums of all shapes and sizes, a really young kid playing the violin like I've never heard, a harp player, a guy putting a show by taking randoms out of the crowd and memorizing there zip codes and there phone#'s like crazy and last but not least the little riot and march of those wanting to "legalize the drugs of there choice! Hilarious! The mountains are a step away and the town actually has COLOR! Which I have been missing, due to the crazy weather we're getting!

After stuffing ourselves with dinner and cheesecake the day just couldn't end yet...how could we be so close to the mountains and not truly enjoy them? So, we ended with a rock climb and views that we're indescribeable....I welcomed in 26 as best as I possibly could! Hope you enjoy the pics!
