Imagination...

In honor of the world's greatest daddy, we dedicate this "post" to you! With Cam's recent side work he's done lately we aquired some random material. What I would call junk. However, Zach see's it as an opportunity to, in his own words, "use his imagination". So a few nights ago I heard the banging in the garage and decieded to pop my head out and take a peek. It's Zach's new pride and joy and he feels quite accomplished with it. I L.O.V.E. to see him "filled up" with contentment. Here's to a fun imagination night with daddy, something that I know has made a permenent memory mark on all our hearts. Thanks Zach for stopping me from throwing the "junk" away...in doing that, you have made all our hearts full. Again, to a daddy that every little boy should have....We're so glad WE have you as ours!

Parade of Homes

We took our last opportunity for the year and decided to tour the Parade of Homes over the weekend. Though not the greatest place to take 2 little boys, we still managed to have a good time. Cam, having been in the building industry for over 8 years HAD to go...or so he says! :) We had a blast with our friends and had so much fun putting ideas together for a home we will one day build~hopefully soon!

Dawson's Day

We took the night to celebrate our littlest man turning 3! We went to Boondock's and got to ride in the Jr. Race Track and then bumper boats and the Kiddie Cove playground. We had so much fun watching them have fun! Here's a few pics to enjoy!

Elk Creek Fire Station

From sirens to hoses, to driving and climbing...these boys (thanks to our awesome cousin Sam) got to experience it all today. They started off with the Amblance~oxygen masks and EKG readings...then moved their way over to the M.A.I.N. event...the Fire Trucks...to see these little boys explore was so much fun. Sam let them take over, bless his heart and they went to town...almost literally! When asked what their favorite part of the day was....

Zach says, "Wearing the headphones while driving the fire truck!"

Dawson says, "Getting on the fireworks truck..." it think he says that because of the lights and sirens!

We ended with a hike in the hills...the "funny" moment in the day (Lord knows we always have a t least one) was when Dawson had to go #2 and I luckily took my purse with me, where I then found an excellent way to use up the extra coupons I got from the store! The funniest part was I didn't realize he was going #2 until I pulled up his overalls and out dropped his "droppings"!!!!! Fun times and great memories that will forever be in our hearts!

~A Carnival Birthday~

Sorry for not blogging lately, I had "issues" with this site...but I think we're back on working terms...so here it goes!

This weekend, thanks to friends and family we threw a huge birthday bash for the boys! We had over 25 kids come and they each left having had a blast! It's hard to believe that Zach is 5 and Dawson is 3...I remember the days I found out I was pregnant with them and how they were such SHOCKS to Cam and I! God had them planned all along and what a fun journey we've had with them...here's the pics...hope you enjoy them!
